Ordering On EveEcho.com
What forms of payment does EveEcho.com accept?
EveEcho.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do NOT accept checks, or cash at this time. PLEASE NOTE that we only accept one form of payment per order.
When will you be restocking product that you’re out of?
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our manufacturing facilities or suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers. Eve Echo will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible.
Did my order go through?
Shortly after your order is submitted, you should receive an email confirmation. In addition, you can log into your Eve Echo account and view the order under Recent Orders. If the order is not listed, it did not go through, and you will need to place the order again.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it is placed. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at 816-447-9002. Please note a package-intercept fee will be assessed if you need to change a shipping address once the order has been submitted for processing.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping costs vary with every order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the “Shipping Method” section during checkout.
How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?
Eve Echo does not ship orders the same day they are placed. All expedited orders will ship the following business day. Please allow up to 3-14 business days for processing orders placed with United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a USPS tracking number along with a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. This email will arrive 1-2 business days after you receive your initial order confirmation email.
International Ordering
Can I order from Eve Echo if I live outside of the U.S.?
At this time, Eve Echo ships online orders to U.S. ONLY.
Return and Exchanges
All sales are final, unless you have received a damaged item or an incorrect item. If this is the case, please call us at 415.912.6646 We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once we are notified of the request for return, we will send you a prepaid return label with instructions for how to send the item back to us. We will also provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that needs to be included on the form provided.
Which method of shipping should I use to send my items back?
Eve Echo will provide a Fed Ex packing slip for returns.
Did my products arrive back at your warehouse?
Please reference the return tracking number you secured to verify your package has been delivered. If the tracking number confirms delivery, please be assured your package has been received and will be processed shortly. You will not receive notification from us upon arrival at the warehouse.
How do I know my return has been processed?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us.
What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?
