1. Eve Echo’s ‘Instagram Summer #PhotoChallenge’ Contest begins May 26, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. PST and ends August 31, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PST ("Contest Period"). The contest is sponsored by Eve Echo Inc, 2261 Market St, Suite 223, San Francisco, CA 94114 ("Sponsor" or "Eve Echo").
2. HOW TO ENTER: Please follow the following guidelines in order for your video to be eligible for entry into Eve Echo’s ‘Instagram Summer #PhotoChallenge’ Contest. Your entry must be submitted in the form of a photo through Instagram showing your summer travels and how you take Eve Echo along on your vacation or staycation. One (1) photo equals one (1) entry. To qualify, you must adhere to the following steps:
1) Follow @EveEcho on Instagram, @EveEchoInc on Twitter and ‘like’ on www.Facebook.com/EveEcho.
2) Upload a photo to Instagram of your summer travels and how you take Eve Echo along on your vacation or staycation!
3) Tag your photo #EveEcho, #EchoEffect, #PhotoChallenge and @EveEchoInc and post to Twitter.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Eve Echo’s ‘Instagram Summer #PhotoChallenge’ Contest is offered electronically via the Internet and not where otherwise prohibited by law. Eve Echo Mother’s Day Video Contest is open to all natural persons who have Internet access with a valid email address, mailing address, and zip code, as of August 31, 2012. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Only valid for legal residents of the United States of America.
4. PRIZE: Two (2) entrants (the “Grand Prize Winners”) will be selected to receive an Eve Echo Sweet Delectable Gift Set (the “Grand Prize”).
5. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winners will be chosen based on creativity and number of submissions. Contestants are encouraged to spread their photos via blogs, forums, social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and through their family and friends networks.
6. CONDITIONS: By entering Eve Echo’s ‘Instagram Summer #PhotoChallenge’ Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Eve Echo Inc, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising; promotion; and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Contest, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Contest cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. By participating in the Contest participants agree to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising; promotion; and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.
